Our products are created with high-quality metal, 14K gold-plated, 14K or 24K gold-filled, or sterling silver. All material is hypoallergenic and will last a long time when taken care of properly.

Of course! Our products are made with high quality metals, which means they will last longer than most jewelry that isn’t solid gold or silver. But we do recommend you clean your jewelry after wearing in the ocean or chlorine.

At the end of the day, take your jewelry off and give it a nice wipe with a soft cloth. If you know your piece was exposed to lotion, sweat, or sunscreen on your piece, rinse it off with warm water and mild soap. Dish soap works great. Once dry, make sure to store it in something airtight or a jewelry box.

You can use a jewelry cleaning cloth or wash with dish soap and hot water. We recommend you wash your jewelry monthly to keep everything sparkling clean.

Our estimated time to process and send the orders is 3-5 business days. We try to send them earlier than that, but life happens. We can guarantee that it will be shipped within 5 business days. And if it takes longer, reach out, and we might add a surprise to your order. 

You have 30 days to return an unused/unworn item/s for store credit. Learn more about our return policy here. 

We know that sometimes things get damaged. Send us an email with your order number and a picture of the broken piece at hello@shopharpergreen.com, and we will work on getting you a replacement. 

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. We do have goals to ship internationally soon. 

When taken care of properly, our jewelry will last a long time. You won’t have to purchase new jewelry as often as you would with low-quality jewelry.

Our packaging is also made from sustainable and recycled materials. We like to encourage you to reuse or recycle after your unboxing. 

We are trying our best to make all packaging used with recycled materials. And we encourage you to recycle your packaging by using it for your other packages or recycling it. 

Yes! We make sure to only partner with jewelry designers who are also focused on being eco-friendly.
